National leader in tablet PSA performance
Built field execution around clear goals, visible progress, and focused coaching after the tablet launch.
Indirect Sales Manager, Boost Mobile (Dish/EchoStar)
I lead sales teams by turning clear goals into daily habits, visible scoreboards, and practical coaching. At Boost Mobile, I manage a Southeast Account Executive team, expand dealer and distribution partnerships, and stay close to the work through weekly ride-alongs and escalations. I also build AI-assisted tools that help frontline teams focus, improve, and execute.

Leadership system
During my 2011-2015 tenure at T-Mobile, I was introduced to 4DX through corporate training and brought the operating discipline forward as my scope changed. The framework is simple in practice: define the result, identify the behaviors that move it, make progress visible, and coach the cadence until execution becomes a habit.
Trailblazers is one proof point inside that broader system. I conceived and helped shape it as a multi-platform product: a website, a native iOS app, and a native Android app. Building all three created an easier employee experience and gave teams access to the workflow anywhere, anytime. It also served as a single hub for reporting, store data, GAIB, and other useful company resources.
How the system works
Name the small number of results that matter most right now.
Choose the controllable behavior that moves the result.
Make progress visible enough for a team to act on it weekly.
Build a repeatable cadence instead of relying on intensity.
The case studies below show the same operating system in different conditions: team execution through Trailblazers, regional adoption through Booster AI, and end-to-end campaign leadership at Original Mattress Factory.
Case studies
Three examples of turning a clear objective into behavior, feedback, and finished work.
Case study 01 / Team execution
Sales teams need a clear way to connect a priority to the weekly behaviors that move it. Without that visibility, coaching becomes a series of disconnected conversations and progress is difficult to sustain.
I conceived Trailblazers as a practical 4DX and Atomic Habits workflow across web, iOS, and Android so employees could use it easily and access it anywhere, anytime. I connected the workflow to reporting, store data, and GAIB, an AI tool I created and trained that let employees ask questions about their performance and uncover opportunities. I then shaped the product around the way a sales leader actually coaches: define the goal, commit to the behavior, check the scoreboard, and adjust the next week.
The product proof follows the workflow rather than the interface: a scoreboard makes commitments visible, WIG tracking makes progress concrete, the habit flow turns improvement into a repeatable action, and connected resources put reporting and performance insight in one place.
Trailblazers gave the team a shared operating rhythm for accountability and coaching, turning an abstract leadership system into a field-ready practice.
Proof assets

Scoreboard
Make commitments and progress visible enough for a team to act on them.

WIG tracking
Give the important goal a place to be defined, reviewed, and revisited.

Habit flow
Turn the next coaching behavior into a repeatable action.
Case study 02 / AI adoption
A new in-store AI tool only creates value when frontline sales associates understand where it fits into the work and keep using it after the initial introduction.
I lead Southeast regional adoption for EchoStar and Boost's AI Guru's team by translating the tool into practical field use, coaching adoption through the Account Executive organization, and feeding frontline product input back into the team responsible for updates.
The proof is the operating loop: introduce a useful behavior, coach it in the field, listen for friction, and return product feedback so the tool gets closer to the reality of the associate's day.
The work connects product adoption to field execution, helping Booster AI become part of the sales conversation rather than a separate technology initiative.
Case study 03 / Campaign leadership
A distinctive campaign needed to move from a creative idea into finished, usable media that could support the brand and give the team a clear launch asset.
As Director of Sales & Marketing, I conceived and managed the project end-to-end: aligning the campaign idea, coordinating production, and keeping the work moving from concept through final delivery. I voiced and edited the 15-second cotton spot specifically.
The full Monster Commercial and the 15-second cotton ad show the campaign at two useful scales: a complete brand story and a focused short-form execution.
The project connected creative direction, production management, and finished campaign media in one accountable workflow.
Proof assets
Monster Commercial
The full campaign story and lead creative proof.
I conceived and managed the campaign work from idea through finished media.
15-second cotton ad
A focused short-form execution from the campaign.
I voiced and edited this 15-second spot.
AI builder
Across 2026, I have used AI-assisted development to turn sales and operating problems into practical products. I start with the work people are trying to do, shape the workflow around the real constraint, and build toward a tool that can be tested and used rather than a demo that only looks promising.
GAIB is the clearest example. I created and trained an AI tool that let employees ask questions about their performance, uncover opportunities, and decide where to focus next.
What I build and how I work
Trailblazers, GAIB, Booster AI, and the Original Mattress Factory campaign are different proof points of the same pattern: understand the operating need, build the useful tool or workflow, and put it into practice.
